Cross-generational Engagement
Saturday, May 17, 3-5pm, The Factory
Like cultures, every generation has aspects to affirm and to critique. We are often blinded to aspects of our own generational culture that need humble critique. That is why cross-generational engagement is so important and needs to be a feature of Christian fellowship.
The other benefit is that we can harness energy and enthusiasm with experience and wisdom. Our church has programs for various age groups, particularly for teaching which is very wise. Times of coming together and listening to each other can complement these programs. Individual support of the old to the young and the young to the older should also be a feature.
This event hosted by Ablaze is open to all within our congregations and from the broader community.
Our own Adam Condie will be sharing at this event.

Ablaze is a space to focus on the issues unique and relevant to the Baby Boomer generation (55–75 years) and to consider how to make the most of the rest of your life.
